About the Role:

As a Pharma Sales Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our impact by:

  • Building disease awareness with key stakeholders and understanding treatment initiation processes.
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to navigate prior authorizations, payor restrictions, reimbursement guidelines, and patient referrals.
  • Managing the sales budget and implementing impactful territory plans to grow sales.
  • Developing networks using business planning and local market knowledge.
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers, partners, and communities to understand treatment algorithms and account dynamics.
  • Implementing compliant and medically relevant programs for customer satisfaction and increased sales.
  • Visiting and managing all customer accounts to address business needs, sales, and solutions.
  • Leading meetings, events, congresses, and training programs to promote knowledge and product adoption.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and prospecting new accounts.
  • Promoting pharmacy product pipeline for business development.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • University degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Physics).
  • 2 years in sales account management.
  • 1 year in healthcare industry experience (pharmaceuticals, medical devices preferred).
  • Strong technical learning agility and self-motivation.
  • High-energy, result-oriented team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen and reliability with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Valid driving license (Category B).

Job Description: The pharmacist appropriately compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs in a retail or healthcare facility environment. The Pharmacist also handles incoming physician calls, logs data into the computer, performs Rx workflow processing, and conducts drug utilization reviews.

This is a per diem pharmacy manager position for our GA pharmacy. The pharmacy is open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

About the Role:

  • Maintain the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and services
  • Manage the operations of the pharmacy
  • Properly dispense, order, and maintain proper inventory of drugs, devices, and supplies, including controlled and dangerous substances pursuant to all state and federal laws
  • Direct activities and workflow efficiency of Pharmacy Clerk(s), Technician(s), Intern(s), and Extern(s) always seeking to improve processes to grow business
  • Effectively operate and maintain automated drug dispensing machinery
  • Collaborate with physicians to discuss potential incompatibility issues with patient prescriptions
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the practice of pharmacy
  • Keep abreast of changing laws, regulations, and new pharmacy-related programs through participation in continuing education courses and reviewing pharmacy-related literature
  • Consult with clinic providers, administrators, and other personnel for the purpose of providing quality patient care and maximizing pharmacy performance
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Improve patient accessibility and affordability to prescription medications
  • Uphold a clean, customer-friendly workplace, and always project a positive attitude
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism consistent with company standards, including dress, personal appearance, and grooming

Schedule: Mon – Fri | 9:00am – 6:00pm

About You:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral (PharmD) degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university
  • 2+ years of full-time retail or clinic pharmacy experience preferred
  • Certifications in different areas of Pharmacy and completion of an accredited Post-Graduate residency program a plus
  • Pharmacist license in good standing in the State of California
  • Must be registered with the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, or State Board of Pharmacy
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Experience with pharmacy software such as PioneerRx, PrimeRx, etc.
  • Strong Technical and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • 340B experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer-service, managerial, and communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with high degree of initiative
  • Able to efficiently work, mentor, and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing and able adapt to new challenges
  • Willing and able to rotate on Saturdays (10am to 3pm) preferred
  • Willing and able to fill-in at other Augusta pharmacies a plus

About the Role:

  • Remove drug(s) from stock; count, pour, or mix pharmaceuticals
  • Place the product into a container
  • Affix the label or labels to the container
  • Package/repackage as needed
  • Type prescription label(s) or enter prescription information into a computer record system
  • Verify/re-verify insurance benefits
  • Interact courteously with patients and team members to develop and maintain positive, professional relationships
  • Answer incoming and make outbound calls to patients, case managers, providers, insurance companies, etc.
  • Improve patient affordability and accessibility to prescription medications
  • Clearly write routine reports and correspondence
  • Handle payment transactions at Point of Service (POS) and reconcile beginning and end-of-day transactions
  • Coordinate prescription deliveries
  • Proactively identify and analyze problems and provide effective solutions
  • Embrace and perform in the spirit of the company’s core values and goals

Schedule: Mon – Fri | 9:00am – 6:00pm

About You:

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or higher preferred, especially in a related health field
  • One or more years of related Pharmacy Technician experience
  • Must be registered with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy
  • State and/or National Pharmacy Technician Certification through an accredited certification program a plus
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office computer skills with the ability to type 30+ wpm
  • Familiarity with inventory software and order processing systems such as PioneerRx, PrimeRx, Docutrack, Script ProRobot/Parata Robot/Innovations Robot, and/or POS software
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation to get to and from our the pharmacy on a regular daily basis
  • Must have a positive attitude, be energetic and flexible, have excellent phone etiquette, and provide exceptional customer service.
